  • Simple to Read Reports

    If you aren’t an expert on the many different systems of your home, don’t worry about it! That’s my job!
    Your Inspection Report will start off with an easy to read summary of items and they will be marked as either a Maintenance Item, a Suggestion, or a Critical Item/Safety Hazard. Your report won’t be full of confusing acronyms and if there is a technical term included in the report it will usually also have an accompanying explanation or link to help you get a better understanding of the issue.

  • Thermal Imaging

    Using this type of technology allows an inspector to investigate further after noticing issues on the surface. It allows for a look inside the walls, floors, and also the ceiling. It’s a great way to spot moisture behind drywall or overheated breakers in the electrical panel.

  • Aerial Drone

    Sometimes it’s just not safe to get on a roof because of the roofing material or the pitch being to steep to safely walk. When that is the case I have a drone to safely inspect all of the hard to reach places and unsafe roofs.

Many of our home inspections average between $350 - $450. There are never any hidden fees. You will receive the price up front when you receive your pre-inspection agreement.

Weekend and Evening Appointments
